Money and payouts

Open Account in the Host area to see your team’s money. Owners and admins can view this page. The owner handles Stripe setup.

Know your balance

• Available: Money you can pay out now.
• Pending: Recent ticket money that is still waiting to become available.
• Sales and changes: A history of sales, refunds, disputes, and payouts.

Money from a sale can stay pending before it moves to available. A refund or dispute can lower your balance.

Get paid

You can use either payout choice shown in Account:

• Request a payout: Enter an amount from your available balance. The app shows the fee and arrival estimate before you confirm. Expedited payouts currently show a 5% fee and an estimate of about 30 minutes.
• Automatic payouts: Turn on daily standard transfers and choose the smallest balance that should trigger one. The app shows this option as no-fee and estimates 2–5 business days.

Payout history shows whether a transfer is pending, processing, complete, failed, or cancelled.

Payout timing is an estimate. Banks and Stripe can take longer, especially for a new account or when they need more information.

Fix a payout problem

If a payout fails, read the message in payout history. Check your Stripe details first. If it still does not make sense, contact support with the payout date and amount.
